Smart International is a very special company and this is a very special site where we aim to draw together here only products which we believe are of benefit or support to people. We will present a clear rationale for everything we offer and why we believe it fits with our product criteria.

SMART UK's strength is it's understanding of it's members and prospective members and its ability to change and adapt to meet their needs.
Smart International will be equally focused and will recognise and meet the growing needs of all of our customers.
Our history
Smart International was formed in 2007 in response to the demands of the SMART UK membership for a more complete service.
Though SMART UK members have increasingly been requesting this service for the last few years Sue & Kim couldn’t find a way to offer it earlier without diluting their focus on the continual development of the training courses. Not until this year, when they found new partners who could add the necessary time and skills to make Smart International possible.
Your needs fuel our development
Just as SMART UK has listened to its members and learnt from them to improve their training courses so we intend to listen to our customers and improve our service to meet their demands.
If you know of a product which you find useful or which you think might be useful please let us know and we will investigate it. If we feel it has merit we will be happy to find a reliable source and to make it available to everyone.
Research, design & development
We are committed to continually reviewing our own product range and with your help improving them to better suit your needs.
Also, if you discover a product elsewhere with room for improvement then let us know and we will see if we can work together to improve it.

We are absolutely committed to the quality of our products and in the unlikely event that they ever fall below your expectations please contact us and we will do everything we can to put things right.
Environmental policy
We will do all the usual things that a responsible company does these days to ensure it wastes as little energy and is as environmentally friendly as possible and a few more besides. The key one will be with how we handle deliveries.
Deliveries
The most environmentally friendly parcel post will usually take 3-5 working days. If you need it more quickly we of course have other postal options because nothing should be allowed to affect the flow of your service.
Packaging
Your order may arrive in a recycled cardboard box and any padding will be either environmentally friendly biodegradable chips or shredded paper.
Recycling
We recycle everything that we can which we use ourselves from our own paper to computer cartridges and we will use as much recyclable materials as we can in the packaging of our products.
